Some iOS users have reported an error, and until Apple releases a patch in a new version, this is how you can regain usage of Glossika sessions.

Please follow the steps below if you encounter: 1) iOS can’t load content; 2) constant error messages.

Reset your iPhone

a) Close all your Glossika tabs, and delete any Glossika bookmarks you may have saved.

b) Please re-start your iOS device.

c) Open Safari on your iOS device.

d) Visit the Glossika page. You'll see a pop-up asking whether you'd like to turn on the microphone for Glossika -- please click "Cancel"
