You can do this via our web platform. First, you’ll need to create a password.
If you’re already logged in:
1. Tap “Account”
2. Tap the section on the top that has your name and email address
3. Tap “Reset Password”
4. Follow the steps to set up a password
5. Log out
6. Login with your email and this new password
If you’re not logged in:
1. Tap “Log In”
2. Tap “Forgot password”
3. Follow the steps to set up your password
4. Login with your email and this new password
