It will help us resolve your issue more quickly if you also let us know: which Glossika platform you're using (Web, iOS, Android), your app version (if on iOS/Android), your browser (if on Web), and the type of phone you're using and what version its operating system is. We also strongly recommend submitting a screenshot or screen recording of your issue, if possible.
