If you subscribe to Glossika via iOS or Android, your payment is being handled by Apple and Google, respectively. Glossika has no access to your financials and is unable to cancel subscriptions, modify subscriptions, or process refunds. If you subscribe to Glossika via our apps, and have an issue, your only option is to contact the Apple Support team or the Google Play Support team directly.

Purchases made via our website are processed by us, so we are able to modify your subscriptions and issue refunds if necessary. One Glossika subscription gives you access to all three of our platforms (Web, iOS, Android), so you can still use our apps even if you subscribe via our website!
