Deleting your account via our web platform
To delete your Glossika account, please:
1. Click on your name, then select "Profile" from the drop-down menu

2. Scroll down to the bottom of your profile page and click "Delete Account"
What happens after clicking "delete account" depends on your account type:
1. If you do not have an active Glossika subscription, you will see a popup asking for confirmation that you'd like to delete your account. After confirming your decision, your account will be immediately deleted.
2. If you have an active Glossika subscription, you will instead see a popup asking you to first update/cancel your subscription β you can also contact our customer service team ([email protected]) for help doing so.

Deleting your account via the iOS app
Please make sure you've canceled your subscription via Apple support before deleting your Glossika account.
Otherwise, your subscription will continue to be automatically renewed by the App Store, even though you no longer have an account. We know this is inconvenient, but we can not make any changes to your iOS account for you.
1. Click the ''Account'' button at the bottom-right corner of the iOS app
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the ''Account'' page and click the "Delete Account" button
3. What happens after clicking "delete account" depends on your account type.
