You can find your subscription details through the App Store or Google Play Store as follows:
iOS (App Store)
Tap on [Settings] (gear icon) on your phone.
Select [Account] or your name.
Choose [Subscriptions].
Click on Glossika to view detailed information (Order Details).
If you have successfully subscribed but cannot find subscription details, please follow the above steps to locate your Order ID.
Once found, send a screenshot of the Order ID to ([email protected]), and we will assist you promptly!
Android (Google Play Store)
Open "Google Play Store" on your Android phone or tablet.
Ensure you are logged into the correct Google account.
Tap [Menu], then select [Subscriptions].
