If you'd like a richer experience on Glossika, choose a source language for training that has more sentences. Since some languages have fewer sentences available, if you choose one of these languages as your source training, you'll be limited to the sentences only available in that language.
If you change your source language halfway through training to a language with fewer sentences, you'll experience a "sentence not available" message during review training, but this message will no longer appear for new sentences.
- The languages that currently have more than 7000 sentences are: American English, Taiwan and Beijing Mandarin, French, German, Italian, Mexican and European Spanish, and Japanese.
- Languages with more than 6000 sentences are: Korean, Polish, Russian, and Czech.
- All other languages have 4000 sentences varying across A1 to C1 levels of difficulty. Currently Irish has 1000+ sentences, which we are adding to on a weekly basis.
