It depends on how you activate your free trial:
On the web app — there is zero risk.
On mobile — it depends on your Apple/Google settings, and isn't up to us.
On the web app
No — you will not be charged after the free trial ends if you sign up for the web app. Glossika's website does not let you input credit card information unless you are selecting a premium plan to subscribe to. In other words, the free trial is 100% risk- and string- free.
Via our website, you will only be charged if you visit our subscription page, select a premium plan, input your credit card information, and click pay.
A warning for mobile users
If you subscribe to Glossika via the mobile app, we don't actually have access to any of your payment methods or details. When you subscribe to a company via an app, you are actually paying Apple or Google, and then they give part of your subscription back to the company at a later date. If you subscribe via the app, then your finances are being handled by Apple or Google, not Glossika.
We know this is frustrating, but there's unfortunately nothing we can do if you sign up via the app instead of via our website. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you sign up and subscribe to Glossika via our website, rather than by using the apps.
