How do I cancel my subscription?
Just select "Cancel Subscription" from your account. After you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle. All of your progress details will be saved for when you resume your subscription in the future.
Do I get a refund if I cancel my annual plan?
Subscriptions for the current month are final. A cancellation of your subscription will cancel any following payments. You may cancel your subscription plan at any time.
If you are on the annual plan, you may downgrade or cancel your subscription plan within 60 days of payment to receive a refund on the remaining amount. This is calculated at the monthly rate of 30.99 USD/ pro-monthly plan (student plan: 13.95 USD/ pro-monthly plan). To get your refund processed, please be sure to contact [email protected]
How long will it take to get my refund?
We can process it immediately during our working hours. Generally, refunds will take between 3 to 10 business days to clear processing depending on your bank and credit card company.
