Generally speaking, refunds take between 3 – 10 business days to clear, though this varies somewhat depending on your bank and/or credit card company. Please note that this delay is not because Glossika is holding onto your money. We send cancellation requests out immediately, but your bank needs time to process the request.

In the meantime, you'll be able to continue using Glossika until the next billing period begins. If you happen to change your mind before then, you can resume your subscription at any time.
